Citrus Power Wash is located and serves all of Citrus County. We also service homes and businesses in Levy, Marion, Sumter and Hernando County as well.

We try to be as flexible as our customers require.  However, some of the services we specialize in are soft wash roof and home cleaning, concrete pressure cleaning, high pressure or soft wash fencing cleaning, pool cage/enclosure cleaning, window screen cleaning, paver cleaning, sidewalk pressure cleaning and outdoor A/C condenser cleaning.

We offer free estimates for all of our clients.  We can clean any stain, growth, dirt, oil spots, etc. Pricing varies on all of our services as they depend on many factors.  Size, type of material, how dirty it is and location are just a few.  Please Contact Us for your free estimate.

Yes, we are licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work. We carry this with us on all estimates and jobs in case you want to see it.

We launched Citrus Power Wash in 2022.  But the owner, David Chaffin worked side by side for a handful of years with a 20+ year veteran in the industry. We’re also trained by One Swipe University.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App and Venmo.

Yes. All employees have gone through One Swipe training which is backed by 20 plus years of pressure, soft wash and window cleaning services. Along with that our employees are factory trained for A/C cleaning services.

We sure do!  Most will be in person but on occasion we may opt to do it over the phone.

No.  We take every precaution to keep our equipment away from your shrubbery and flowers.  We also use neutralizer to protect any plants.

Yes! Cleaning of A/C condenser units can extend the life of the unit and help your electric bill.  Also, studies have shown that soft wash roof cleaning can extend the life of a roof. And cleaning mold off of sidewalks and pavers can prevent slips and falls.

We use sodium hypochlorite which is the industry standard.

Yes! Any service we offer residentially can be offered commercially as well. Also we do provide cleaning of heavy machine/equipment.

We use all required safety equipment that is required by OSHA.

We certainly do. When your house or business is cleaned twice a year then the job will not take as long. Then in turn the price can be considerably lower.

We recommend anywhere from 3-5 years. This varies depending on location, material,  weather, trees, etc.
